Order Restrictions

Matcha Miyako is an official distributor of the Japanese tea producers Marukyu Koyamaen and Gion Tsujiri. Due to high demand, our online store currently has order restrictions in place. Our stock is updated several times per week. 

Changes to Quantity Limits for Matcha

·        20g & 40g can: max. 3 pcs per product

·        100g bag: max. 2 pcs per product

       except Rindo & Wakatake: max. 4 pcs per product

·        100g can: max. 1 pc per product

·        200g can: max. 2 pcs per product (only Rindo & Wakatake available)

·        Premium Matcha Set (3 types of Matcha): max. 3 sets per order

·        Matcha Latte and Matcha Au Lait: max. 4 pcs per product

 

⚠️ Important Overall Limit
Each order is limited to a maximum of 10 Matcha teas in total.

 

The Reason Behind the Quantity Limits

The matcha teas in our online store remain extremely popular all around the world, and our stock continues to sell out quickly regardless of the season.

Because annual matcha production is naturally limited by each harvest, tea makers have introduced small purchase limits again this year to keep stock available and ensure a fair distribution across markets.

Fortunately, thanks to our strong relationship with them, Matcha Miyako can continue offering Japan’s highest-quality matcha teas—even if in slightly smaller quantities than usual.

General Ordering Restrictions

·        No Resale: Orders for resale purposes are strictly prohibited!

·        No Bulk Orders: Bulk orders and multiple orders placed within a short period will not be accepted and will be canceled.
