The bamboo tea ladle or scoop, called chashaku in Japanese, is used specifically for measuring matcha tea powder.

To prepare one portion of Matcha Tea, you will need 2 spoonsful.

Things you need to know about using the bamboo chashaku!

• After use, do not wash with water, simply just wipe with a napkin or paper towel. Bamboo easily loses its shape if it comes into contact with too much water and moisture.
• Store in a cool, dry place.
