Our Policy

Matcha Miyako Webshop only serves general customers/consumers and strictly rejects all orders that might be suspected of resale, business purpose.

Matcha Miyako Webshop is authorized seller of Marukyu Koyamaen Japanese teamaker brand therefore we strictly reject business customers who try to purchase any Marukyu Koyaman (or other) products through our online store for resale purpose.

In case that you have resold or attempted to resell products you purchased from us, no orders will be accepted at our discretion from then on. Any orders that already placed will be canceled and (*) partially refunded.

*30% of the aggregate value of the product purchase price, handling fee, and shipping charge will be applied if a purchase is deemed to be for reselling purpose.

Cases Considered as Resale

If any improper activities are discovered or considered as being related to resale, your orders will be declined. Additionally, if an order is placed under customer information associated with previous improper activities, that order will be canceled without prior notice.

Orders may be canceled if they are considered inappropriate, regardless of whether the customer intends to resell or not, in the following cases:

1. The order is suspected for resale, and/or redistribution.
2. Multiple orders with the same delivery address, even these orders are placed under names of different individuals.
3. Multiple orders placed under same customer information within a short period, even if each order is registered to be sent to a different address.
4. If the order volume and frequency are considered to be excessively large and beyond personal use.
5. In case that we consider, at our discretion, that the order is not for personal use.

Other Cases Which Orders May Be Declined

Customers who have canceled multiple times in the past.

Customers with a history of malicious behavior on our website.

Other cases that we deem the order unacceptable (including reasons stated in the Terms Of Service)
