Order Restrictions
Due to high demand, our online store has order restrictions in place, we ask for your kind understanding in this regard. The inventory is updated several times per week.
Please note that bulk orders and multiple orders are not accepted and will be canceled!

1. Order Quantity Limit
Matcha teas and cooking powders: max. 2pcs/product
Japanese Tea Sets, Utensils: max. 2 pcs/product
Hojicha Teas, Sweets: no restriction
2. Cart restrictions
Minimum order amount: 3,000 JPY
Maximum order amount: 50,000 JPY (excluding shipping cost)
If an error message appears:
If you change the allowed quantity of a given product in the cart page, an error message will appear, and the system will not allow you to proceed. If you cannot go to the checkout page, please do the following:
- Delete all products from your cart
2. Log out of your account, then login
3. Place put the right quantity of products in the cart

About the price increase in the matcha tea market…
As is well known, original Japanese matcha teas have become extremely popular in recent years, which is why the demand for them has increased enormously. As natural raw materials, the number of tea leaves and tea plantations is limited, so they cannot be mass-produced in infinite quantities, not to mention the large amount of manual work that is also required.
In addition, according to the manufacturer, production costs have also increased significantly in Japan, which further justified the price increase.
