Delivery time by DHL takes approx. 3-5 business days. However, please do not forget we need also 2-4 business days to prepare your order for shipping!
In fact, delays by DHL rarely happen but the holiday season is always extreme therefore we recommend December 14 as the latest deadline!

If you are ordering from outside Asia, we do not recommend Japan Post.
Delivery with Japan Post takes approx. 9-20 days depends on the regions. However, during the holiday season delays often happen in the international shipping and post offices. It means there is a high chance that you will not be able to receive the package on time. Also, please don’t forget that we also need 2-4 business days to prepare, pack and post your order!
